We sell adult sexual wellness products — including shower-compatible intimacy products, lubricants, and waterproof accessories — through our online store at ShowersExpress.com. We ship to customers throughout the United States.

4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to operate our business. We do not sell it. The categories of recipients are:
Shopify Inc.
Our e-commerce platform. Shopify processes and stores order data, payment data, and account information on our behalf. Shopify is a data processor operating under a Data Processing Agreement with us. Learn more at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Klaviyo
Our email marketing platform. We share your name and email address with Klaviyo to send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and (if you opt in) marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
PaymentCloud / Our Payment Processor
Your payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processor for authorization. The billing descriptor that appears on your bank or credit card statement is SEXP Holding. We do not store full payment card data on our own systems.
Dropshipping Suppliers (TopDawg, Eldorado Trading Company, and others)
To fulfill your order, we share your shipping name and address with our US-based supplier warehouse that ships your order. Suppliers receive only the information needed to pack and ship your order — they do not receive your payment information, email address, or browsing history.
Shipping Carriers
Carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS receive your name and shipping address to deliver your package.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities
We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or lawful government request, or if necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website if this occurs.
We do not share your purchase history with data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics companies in a way that identifies you personally.

7. Age Verification

If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we will cancel their order and delete their account.

How to Submit a Request
Email us at privacy@showersexpress.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a description of your request. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
