Our Shipping Promise

Every order from ShowersExpress.com ships from our supplier warehouses. We work with fulfillment partners to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders are submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1 business day of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Standard Shipping 5–12 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place your order. These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather events, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $125: $10.99 flat rate standard shipping
  • Orders $125 and up: FREE standard shipping - no code needed

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.


4. Discreet Packaging — Our Guarantee

Every single order ships with the following protections — no request needed:

Exterior packaging: Your order will arrive in a plain brown box or unmarked padded mailer. There is no brand name, product description, logo, or any indication of the contents visible on the outside of the package.

Billing descriptor: The charge on your bank statement or credit card statement will appear as SEXP Holding * Shop Pay. There is no mention of ShowersExpress, adult products, or anything that gives away what you bought.

Return address: The return address on the package will not reference ShowersExpress or any adult product branding.


5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@showersexpress.com.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

We do not ship to locations where the sale, purchase, or possession of adult products is prohibited by applicable law.
