Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ShowersExpress.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.
ShowersExpress.com is operated by SEXP Holding, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN: 41-4974521). References to "we," "us," or "our" mean SEXP Holding, LLC.
1. Adult Content — Age Requirement

3. Dropshipping Disclosure
Our products are fulfilled by third-party US-based supplier warehouses. We are a dropship retailer — we do not manufacture products, and we do not maintain a physical warehouse of inventory. When you place an order, it is fulfilled directly by one of our supplier partners (such as Eldorado Trading Company or TopDawg) and shipped to you.
This means:
- Your package will ship from a supplier warehouse, not from our address
- Shipping timelines depend on supplier warehouse availability
- Return logistics are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, which accounts for our dropship model
We stand fully behind all products we sell and are your point of contact for all order, shipping, and return questions. Our supplier relationships are operational infrastructure — your relationship is with us.
4. Discreet Packaging and Billing
We understand that privacy matters. We make the following commitments on every order:
Packaging: Your order will arrive in a plain, unmarked brown box or padded mailer. There will be no brand name, product description, or any indication of the contents on the exterior of the package.
Billing: The charge on your bank statement or credit card statement will appear as SEXP Holding — not as ShowersExpress or any product-specific description.
These are standard commitments on every order. No special request is needed. If your order arrives in packaging that does not meet this standard, please contact us at support@showersexpress.com and we will make it right.
5. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is accepted.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price in effect at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay.
Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.
Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you.
6. Shipping
Shipping terms are described in full in our Shipping Policy, incorporated here by reference. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days from order confirmation. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the purchase or possession of adult products is prohibited by law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference. Due to the nature of adult products and applicable health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened intimate products. Defective or damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ShowersExpress.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, and software — is the property of SEXP Holding, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission. You may share links to our product pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Product images provided by our suppliers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by us under license or standard trade terms.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use ShowersExpress.com to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Purchase products for resale without express written authorization from us
- Submit false or fraudulent orders
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
- Harvest or collect information about other users
- Use our site or products in any way that could harm minors
- Engage in chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and cancel orders for any prohibited use.
10. Account Registration and Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, inactivity, or suspected fraud, without prior notice or liability.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results of using our site or products will meet your expectations.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived by contract.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEXP Holding, LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of this website or your purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEXP Holding, LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of our website; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, as the state of formation of SEXP Holding, LLC.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@showersexpress.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
No Class Actions: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
